About the Scholarship Program
The Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships Program aims to promote access for international students to its esteemed Master’s programs, delivered by its member institutions. Scholarship Benefits
Successful applicants of the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships will receive the following benefits:
- A stipend of €10,000 per year, paid by the university for the duration of the academic year and for a period of 10 consecutive months (September to June).
- A travel allowance of up to €1,000 to cover visa costs and travel expenses, with the amount varying depending on the candidate’s country of origin.
Recipients will receive their scholarship and travel allowance upon arrival in France and once they have enrolled in their respective programs.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be an international student, aged 30 or under during the selection year.
- Be a newly arrived international student or a foreign national living in France for less than a year without prior certification.
- Have been admitted to a Master’s program provided by one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS Paris-Saclay), INSTN-CEA, Institut d’Optique Graduate School (IOGS), Université d’Evry-Val-d’Essonne (UEVE), Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay), or Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).
Please note that students who have previously been enrolled in French higher education institutions (except for French institutions abroad), those who have taken a break from their studies for more than three years, or those receiving funding over €650 per month are not eligible for this scholarship.
Application Process
The application process for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships is as follows:
- Pre-selection: Admission to a Master’s program does not automatically entitle students to a scholarship. Students eligible for the scholarship will be selected by the admission panel among those admitted to a Master’s program at the university.
- Application Submission: Only students who receive an email from Paris-Saclay University inviting them to apply for the scholarship will be able to do so. Selected students will receive a link to an online application form, where they must provide contact details for two referees willing to submit recommendations.
- Recommendation Forms: Referees will receive a link to submit their recommendations online, completing the application process.
It is crucial to note that if the reference forms are not submitted by the deadline, the application will be considered incomplete and will not be evaluated.

- After being selected, the deadline for applying for the scholarship: May 03, 2024
- Deadline for the reception of the recommendations from the two referees and closure of the call: May 07, 2024
