36 hours per week, days or nights including alternate weekends

As part of our team, you will be working closely with each resident, you’ll assess their needs – delivering a care plan that helps each person to live a fuller life. Providing the very best levels of clinical care, you’ll make sure that all procedures are carried out to the highest standards, optimising the well-being of every resident. You see every person in your care as an individual, and work closely with the wider team to create an environment that delivers skilled nursing care – clear communication, and respect and dignity for everyone.

As well as fellow Nurses, you have the reassurance of working directly alongside Senior Care Leads with 24/7 on-call support from other Clinical and Quality experts.

COVID-19 and Vaccinations

The CQC has been carrying out special inspections to make sure that our care homes are COVID-compliant. There are no ratings for these inspections but our good safety practices have been acknowledged. Residents and staff at all nine Coate Water Care homes have had their COVID-19 vaccinations and our homes are a safe environment for new residents.

About You

You will demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, role modelling and promoting best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care and other essential clinical interventions. You will help to ensure that healthcare objectives meet and exceed our standards and those of our regulators.
