Job Type: Full-time, permanent or Bank opportunities
Rate of pay: £18.50 – £22 per hour + paid handover (salary of up to £44,616 per annum, excluding paid handover)
Hours: 39 (3-4 shifts per week), overtime available, subject to availability
Shift pattern example: long and short shifts available, e.g. 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, 8am-2pm or 2pm -8pm, including paid handover. Monday to Sunday rota, including alternate weekends

We are looking for passionate and caring Registered Nurses with a proven ability to lead, motivate and mentor a team, to join our growing family at St Pauls Care Centre. St Pauls Care Centre is an 88 bedded care home with a friendly team, where you are sure to always receive a warm welcome. We support elderly residents with a variety of care and nursing needs and the home is located within a delightful residential area in Hemel Hempstead.

What are the responsibilities of a Registered Nurse?
As a Registered General Nurse at St Pauls Nursing Home, you’ll take responsibility, alongside the Home Manager, for ensuring high standards of care which meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of our residents.
• A recognised qualification as a Registered Nurse
• A valid and current NMC registration and pin*
• Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Good communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• A desire to care for others
• A compassionate and flexible work ethic
