- Proof of English proficiency (IELTS 6.5, TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent)
- Proof of undergraduate courses in statistics and economics
- Development-related motivations and goals
- Must not have lived in Germany for over 15 months
Note: Work experience in academia like university teaching and research is generally not considered relevant, except in very exceptional cases.
Language proficiency from your university is also not sufficient proof.
