Not long ago MOH clearance was 20gh then switched to 100gh later 300gh. Today the price has shot up to 500gh with a new processes altogether. The Ministry of Health Ghana has joined in government of Ghana’s digitalization drive making the purchase and filing of the clearance process digital.
This article explains with images the step by step approach to creating account, paying for the form, filling and printing of the MOH clearance form online for signing and submission.
Before we begin with the whole process, it is important to understand what the clearance form or applying for a clearance entails and why it is necessary.

- Smartphone or computer
- Internet
- Ghana card
- Staff id
- valid or working Ghanaian phone number and a valid email
- Personal infos
- Passport picture
- Details of previous or current facilities like mobile or telephone

You need to get prepared by making sure to get all items in the requirement list as they are really necessary to help you purchase and fill your online clearance form.
Filling of clearance Form Online
- Step 1: Begin by going to https://hrhd.moh.gov.gh, It’s important to carefully read the initial pop-up containing general information to ensure you’re up to date with any process changes or new steps that might have been added. The initial step involves creating an account, which can be accomplished by either tapping or clicking on any of the available buttons or by following the red arrows as indidcated below.

Step 2: fill in the form by providing accurate information about the person who you are buying the form for or your personal information which includes First name of the applicant, Other names, Last name, Ghanaian phone number, a valid/working email address and choose a strong password which you can remember during logins.
step 3: After successfully creating the account you can proceed to login to begin the application process.
Step 4: At this stage you will be required to make payment to gain access to your clearance application form, this stage is pretty simple……
